'Restore the Nature Preserve' is one of the story quests that you get after completing the 'Open the Nature Preserve' quest in Hello Kitty Island Adventure that will take players around the abandoned island to locate lost Critter lists to revive the Nature Preserve.
There are a total of five Critter Lists that players must find to complete the Nature Preserve questline, which requires you to find the Volcano, Seaside, Swamp, Gemstone, and Reef Critter Lists.

Seaside Critter List Location
In Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you can find the Seaside Critter List once you have crafted yourself a Net, caught the Lily Froggy using the Net, and donated it to the Nature Preserve.
Once you do that, you will complete the quest, "Open the Nature Preserve," and will get another quest in the questline called "Restore the Nature Preserve."
After that happens, you will get the quest to find the Seaside Critter List. Once the objective is active, head inside the Bog Critter Room inside the Nature Preserve and make your way past the waterfall.
There, you will find the Seaside Critter List lying in a corner which you can collect by tapping on the hand interact button that appears when you are near the said item.
