Shelly is a female NPC in Tower of Fantasy who primarily helps you to augment Mi-a and with a multitude of other things as you progress through the game's story.
Usually, you can find Shelly in her room inside the Star Apartment located in Mirroria District C, Mirroria District B, and at Furnace Core Site's workshop while you are tackling Tower of Fantasy's main story.
However, after the addition of the Domain 9 location, finding her has become daunting for many new and returning players.
In the wake of that, we are here with a handy guide about where you can find Shelly in the Tower of Fantasy.
Where Is Shelly In Tower Of Fantasy
In Tower of Fantasy, you can find Shelly in front of the Smart Servant Lab in the Domain 9 area.
If you haven't unlocked Domain 9 yet, you can use the newly added Story Navigation feature to experience the Domain 9 story before completing any previous, pending ones.

To do that, switch Chapters in the Story tab via the Terminal. Once that is done, open the mission list, which you can find on the right side of the game screen.
After that, click the yellow button to get transmitted to Domain 9. To use this feature, you must reach Wanderer Lvl 43 or above and complete the mission, "End of the Day," to open up the Mirafleur Hall guest room.
Once that is done, you can use the steps that we mentioned earlier to skip the current chapter via the Story tab in the Terminal and begin the next chapter.
That being said, once you find yourself in Domain 9, head to the Smart Servant Lab, and you will find Shelly there.
