Xianyun's English VA in Genshin Impact is none other than Stephanie Panisello, whom we have already seen as the English VA for Cloud Retainer bird form.
She will be reprising her role and will be voicing the English voice lines for Cloud Retainer's human form, which we know as Xianyun.
