To get started, teleport to the NYC Base of Operations building.
Once you spawn, turn right and head straight.
Cross the road and head towards the Supermarket.
Opposite to the Supermarket building, you will find the Oak Loch coffee shop.
Head inside and look near the sofas, you will find the safe.
The Division Resurgence Oak Loch Safe Code
When you interact with the safe, you will get the following hint:
