Once you spawn in the Lobby area, click on the 'Inventory' button found on the left side of the game screen.
Now, click on the blue 'Shopping Bag' icon found at the top of the Towers window, as shown in the above screenshot.
Doing so will bring forth the Redeem Code menu, where you can enter the active codes from the list below into the 'Enter code here' field.
Finally, click on the 'Redeem' button to claim rewards.
