Hunty Zombie offers a decent roster of ranged and melee-type weapons with different rarities and skills that you can use to clear the stages and progress in the game.
And while every weapon works in the early game, in the later stages, you must have the right weapons. But which weapons are good and which should you be using?

All Weapons And Their Rarity In Hunty Zombie
Hunty Zombie weapons come under four different rarities. These are:
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
- Mythic
Below you can find the complete list of weapons in the game under their respective rarity:
Rare Weapons
The rare weapons are the baseline, and you have the highest chance to obtain them as the odds are 60%.
In fact, you start with a Rare weapon, the Baseball bat, even without rolling for it in the Weapons gacha.
But this category will expand over time, and you can find every weapon in it below:
- Baseball
Epic Weapons
The Epic weapons have a 30% drop rate:
- Axes
Legendary Weapons
The Legendary Weapon has a 6% drop rate. These are:
- Guitar
- Dual Gun
Mythic Weapons
The Mythic is the highest rarity, and the weapons in it have a drop rate of only 4%.

Our weapons tier list is based on our time with the game during the alpha stage and heavily focuses on each weapon and its different skills and their use cases in clearing regular zombie mobs, elites, and bosses.
The rankings are also influenced by weapons' rarity, community rankings, and feedback, and such other factors to make the tier list more general rather than a list of my favorite weapons.

Which Is The Meta Weapon To Use In Hunty Zombie?
While the Katana is an S-tier and a Mythic rarity weapon, when it comes to the Hunty Zombie meta weapon, the Guitar takes the top spot thanks to its active skills and how they work in dealing with ranged and melee-based enemies efficiently.
But, if you are a skilled player and are fine with learning each zombie's movesets, the Katana is the ultimate weapon in the game, as its normal attack not only staggers most enemies, it's ranged slashes and crown control skills also work great.
So ultimately, there are currently two meta weapons in Hunty Zombie, the Guitar and the Katana.
