Deadly Delivery finally has a full-fledged cooking system added to the game that players can use to cook food items with certain buffs and effects that aid them in a variety of ways as they delve deeper into the Industrial depths.
While the primary reason to cook the different dishes is to get their respective effects, which range from increasing Stamina, Movement Speed, and such to Item Sell Value, you can also use cheap ingredients to make a dish and then sell it for a higher value.
In short, cooking plays a critical role in Deadly Delivery, and thus, you must know how to unlock it in the game along with a few other things.
How to Unlock Cooking in Deadly Delivery
To unlock Cooking in Deadly Delivery, you must find an NPC named Gordon.
First of all, once you spawn in the hub area, make your way towards the giant Christmas Tree.
On the left side, you will find the Kitchen with a board in front of it that says, "Gordon has gone missing on Sub-Level 5."
Once you bring back Gordon, the board will be gone, and you can find him inside the Kitchen with the New Pot slots in front of it.
Talk to Gordon, and he will have some dialogue options for you. [Completely optional.]
Purchase the New Pot slot for $500.
Once done, interact with it to access the Cooking menu.
Add ingredients to the Cooking Pot and complete the small mini-game.
After that, you will get a timer that, once complete, you can collect your cooked dish.

Where to Find Gordon in Deadly Delivery
You can find Gordon in the Industrial Depths, and while the board says he's gone missing in Sub-Level 5, it is not guaranteed that you will find him on Sub-Level 5.
So as you go through the different sub-levels, make sure to thoroughly check all the rooms.
We found Gordon in one of the rooms on Sub-Level 6, and there's a high chance that you will also find him on either Sub-Level 5 or 6.
Once you do find him, interact with him and bring him back to the Escape Lift.
Once you evacuate, Gordon will drop a Bag of Coins. Now, head back to the Kitchen in the spawn area, and you will find him there.
