On Thursday, March 5, Capcom took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the "Undelaying" of their upcoming action-adventure sci-fi title, PRAGMATA, which is now set for an April 17 global launch on all platforms.

For players who don't know, PRAGMATA is set on a lunar research station, and it follows the story of spacefarer Hugh and android Diana, working together to fight the hostile AI controlling the station and to return to Earth.

The game's initial release date was April 24, but now, it arrives one week earlier, on Friday, April 17, one day after the Mouse: P.I. For Hire's release.

For Switch 2 users in the NA and EU regions who digitally pre-ordered PRAGMATA, your order should have already been auto-cancelled and refunded. You must pre-order the game once again.

Here is what Capcom had to say about it:

We're excited to bring PRAGMATA to you all one week earlier on April 17. Due to the change in release date, all existing digital pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 version in North America and Europe will be automatically canceled.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you will consider placing a new pre-order on Nintendo Switch 2.

After the massive success of Resident Evil Requiem and the positive reception of PRAGMATA's Demo, Capcom is confident about the game's release, which we can see by their choice to release the game a week early.

PRAGMATA arrives on April 17 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
