On Tuesday, February 3rd, during Take-Two's earnings announcement, we received confirmation on the state of Rockstar's GTA 6, which, according to the company, is still on track for a November 19th global release, with no further delays.

Not only that, but we also learned that the game's marketing will begin in Summer 2026.

In a press release, Take Two further doubled down on how confident they are with GTA 6's release, as they said:

Our execution throughout Fiscal 2026 has been extraordinary and we are highly confident as we approach Fiscal 2027 – which promises to be groundbreaking for Take-Two and the entire entertainment industry – led by the November 19th release of Grand Theft Auto VI with Rockstar’s launch marketing set to begin this Summer.

Apart from the press release and the recent earnings call, when IGN reached out to Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two Interactive, on "how he felt about the release date at this time," since the game was already delayed twice, the response was "I feel good about it. Very good about it."

Zelnick's response was the same last year, and still, GTA 6 was delayed. But this time around, Take-Two seems more confident, which is a good thing for us gamers.

GTA 6 is the most anticipated game that will finally release on the PlayStation 5 platform on November 19.
