Samira Will Join Legends Of Runeterra In The Next Expansion

Samira has been revealed as the next Legends of Runeterra champion that's set to arrive in the upcoming expansion.

The Glory in Navori expansion is set to arrive in Legends of Runeterra on March 29. Though we're only days away from its launch, Riot is still slowly releasing details about new cards that will be coming in the expansion.

From the looks of things, we're hyped for it and certainly can't wait. We initially saw the devs reveal the first champion, the ever-iconic Sett, earlier last week. Now, we've been given a look at the second new champion: Samira.

The 'Desert Rose' will kick things into gear with her marksman-like abilities and low-cost companions. This is champion you won't want to miss out on.

Samira Is The Next Legends Of Runeterra Champion

Samira's card will be able to synergize well with a combo and low-cost decks that rely on overwhelming opponents turn after turn. If you survive into the late game with her, you can expect to deal catastrophic damage with your large pool of Mana.

Here's a look at Samira's card and some other inclusions that will work well with her:

  • 2-Mana 2/2 with Quick Attack.
  • Card Text: When I'm summoned or strike: Create a Flair in hand if you don't have one.
  • Level Up: I've seen you play 6+ cards. Resets when you start a round with the attack token.
Samira (Leveled Up)
  • 2-Mana 3/3 with Quick Attack.
  • Card Text: When I'm summoned or strike: Create a 0-cost Flair in hand. When you play 6+ cards, Rally.
Flair
  • 1-Mana Burst spell.
  • Card Text: Give an ally Challenger this round.
All Out
  • 1-Mana Burst spell.
  • Card Text: Give an ally +2/+0 this round. Plunder: Give it +2/+2 instead.
Samira's All Out
  • 1-Mana Burst spell.
  • Card Text: Give an ally +2/+0 this round. Plunder: Give it +2/+2 instead. Create a Samira in your deck.
