COD: Mobile Season 7 (2023) test servers are live, and with that, we have a plethora of new information on the upcoming season that you must know about to be better prepared.

Similar to any other season, COD: Mobile Season 7 (2023) features several weapon balance changes for both Multiplayer (MP) and Battle Royale (BR) game modes.

Moreover, this time around, there's also a new gameplay mechanic, Bullet Impact, that governs the hit flinch effect that changes how you use to flinch your opponent's aim.

Here are all the weapon balance changes coming to COD: Mobile with the Season 7 (2023) update:

  • LMGs
    • All LMGs now have a bullet impact of 2
  • Snipers
    • All Snipers now have a bullet impact of 3
  • SVD [MP Only]
    • Decreased lower arm damage multiplier from 1.4x to 1.3x
    • Decreased damage from 80-70 to 78-75-70
    • Range decreased from 30m to 15-30m (in correlation with the new damage phase)
  • Type 25
    • Improved reload speed by 13%
  • M4
    • Underbarrel grenade launcher attachment rework
    • Switching to underbarrel grenade launcher now has a switch time
    • Underbarrel grenade launcher now have their own unique inspection and ADS animation
    • Underbarrel Launcher ammo increased by 1
  • BK57
    • Improved reload speed by 13%
  • DR-H
    • Improved reload speed by 9.5%
  • KN 44
    • Decreased hit flinch from 0.65 to 0.55
  • ASM 10
    • Tactical reload speed increased by 7%
  • Bronson Barrel
    • Leg damage multiplier increased from 0.9x to 1x

    • Ammo capacity increased from 160 to 200
  • Guardian
    • Damage increased from 20 per second to 30 per second
  • Sticky Grenade
    • Detonation time after being thrown reduced from 5s to 3s
  • EMP Grenade
    • Effective range increased from 8m to 9m
    • Decreased maximum effective time to self from 2s to Is
  • Dauntless Perk
    • Improved burning damage reduction from 30% to 40%
  • Unit Support Perk
    • Improved scoring ratio
    • Increased teammate shared operator skill charge from 30% to 40%
    • Decreased personal operator skill charge from 60% to 50%
  • Tracker Perk
    • Tracking time increased from 4s to 6s
  • Agile Perk
    • Sprint to fire reduction increased from 10% to 15%
  • Scout Class
    • Teammates can now see the friendly sensor darts radius on the mini

    • Decreased charge speed from 40/40 to 40/45

As we mentioned earlier, with COD: Mobile Season 7 (2023), we are getting a new gameplay mechanic called Bullet Impact, which makes:

  • Hit flinch will no longer be affected just by the weapon itself; the attacker's bullet impact will also affect
    how much is the actual Hit Flinch.
  • You can calculate the Hit Flich using the formula: Attacker's Bullet Impact Index x Defender's Hit Flinch
  • Apart from that, "Hit flinch recovery will now only be affected by recoil Hipfire/ADS-ing's hit flinch recovery will no longer recover foster and quickly disappears under hipfire state."
