OUTERPLANE is an anime, strategy mobile game with a large pool of characters to choose from. Each character brings unique offerings to the table and often excels at certain skills, be it attacking, supporting, or defending. As you might've guessed, you'll need powerful characters if you want to win matches in OUTERPLANE.
To help you get the right start, we've worked on a tier list that ranks all of the characters you can currently find in OUTERPLANE.
All Characters In OUTERPLANE, Ranked
The rankings of these characters are based on three main factors: how strong the character's abilities are, how well they synergize with other characters, and how reliably these characters can perform.
Our tier list has five tiers: S-tier, A-tier, B-tier, C-tier, and F-tier. The S-tier represents the best characters. As you move down the tier list, the characters become less powerful. The tier list ends with the F-tier, which showcases the worst characters.
S-Tier
Starting with the best of the best in the S-tier – these are the characters who will be able to carry you through the Story mode with no issues at all. They will also be able to hold their ground during PvP matches. Most of the characters here are going to be core members for any team going forward into end-game PvE content as well!

That said, the best OUTERPLANE characters are Valentine, Noa, Rin, Veronica, and Stella.
A-Tier
The A-tier is still full of strong characters! These are the ones that you can think of more as picks to support the team that they are on. These characters are great at one or two things but fail at some others. They're weaker than S-tier characters but are capable of carrying their own just as well in certain situations.

B-Tier
Here in the B-tier, we can expect to see some drop-off in the usability of characters. These characters can be good with a lot of investment into them. They're essentially average picks who perform adequately but have the potential to perform better (or worse) depending on your skill and team.

We are nearing the bottom of the barrel now here at C-tier. What's shocking to me is the amount of three-star characters that are down here! It shows that the game is not just focused on the three stars being the best in the game. Needless to say, C-tier characters aren't the best-performing characters in OUTERPLANE at the moment, but they still can do better.
