Aniimo is an upcoming open-world, creature-collecting RPG that blends exploration, combat, and creature companionship into a rather vibrant fantasy game.

Developed by Pawprint Studio, the game has already attracted attention since it was announced thanks to its colorful visuals, dynamic world, and unique mechanics that allow players to bond with and transform alongside magical creatures known as — as the title suggests — Aniimo. Each of them comes with their own unique abilities and characteristics.

Like other monster-taming games such as Pokémon Go and Monster Hunter Outlanders, Aniimo places a strong emphasis on real-time action and seamless exploration. You can traverse vast environments, discover hidden secrets, battle powerful enemies, and collect a diverse roster of creatures.

The game's signature "Twining" mechanic, which lets players merge with their companions to gain new powers, adds another layer of depth to the already complex combat and exploration.

With its detailed environments, large-scale open world, and visually impressive creature designs, Aniimo is shaping up to be one of the more technically ambitious entries in the creature-collection genre. As a result, players will naturally want to know whether their devices can handle the game's demands and deliver a smooth gameplay experience when it launches sometime in 2026.

These specs are correct as of the latest Global Closed Beta programme. Bear in mind that the game is still in development, so these system requirements will not reflect the final launch requirements.

Aniimo's download size will vary depending on your preferred platform.

The developers have confirmed that Aniimo will be approximately 25GB on both Android and iOS devices. Meanwhile, the game will be 45GB on PC, according to the game's official Steam page. We recommend that you have more than the minimum storage space on your device, as additional files may be needed in the future.

Again, these download sizes do not reflect the game's download size for the final launch version. They will undoubtedly change once the developers optimize the game further.
