Arknights: Endfield blends real-time action with strategic squad management and large-scale map exploration. At the heart of it all are the many operators, which are the characters you can recruit to your team.

Battles play out in open environments where positioning, timing skills, and team synergy matter just as much as raw stats. With so many operators filling different Classes, Elements, and combat roles, not all of them shine equally in every situation.

That's where this tier list will come in handy. It breaks down every operator in Arknights: Endfield by ranking them from best to worst depending on their individual abilities. So, whether you’re looking to optimize your main lineup or deciding who’s worth investing your hard-earned resources into, this tier list has you covered.

This tier list ranks the operators across four tiers. At the very top is the S-tier, which showcases the best operators in Arknights: Endfield. Their skills are powerful and outmatch those of others in the current roster. They're must-have additions to any squad.

A rank lower is the A-tier. Now, these operators are still strong and, by all means, above-average performers. They're reliable and can consistently perform in most roles. These operators are also good alternatives for those in the S-tier.

B-tier operators are solid picks in the current meta. Their skillsets may not stand out as much, or they may not be as versatile as other characters, but they're great situational options. If you can build a team around their strengths, then these operators will undoubtedly shine.

The F-tier houses the weakest operators in the game. Their abilities are limited, and they tend to have minimal impact on the battlefield. Overall, they're unfortunately not viable picks, as there are far better options.

At the moment, the most powerful operators in Arknights: Endfield are Ardelia, Laevatain, and Last Rite.

Ardelia is a 6-Star operator with Nature as her Element. She's an extremely reliable healer Support, as her battle skill and ultimate can summon Shadows of Mr. Dolly, which can heal her allies.

Laevatain is a potent 6-Star Striker who is capable of strong AoE damage on the battlefield. She can also absorb enemies' Heat Infliction, which she uses to build up Melting Flame stacks that power her battle and combo skills.

Last Rite is another 6-Star Striker who can deal deadly damage to enemies. Her battle skills and Final Strikes allow her to build up Cryo Infliction stacks. These can then be used to trigger combo skills and her ultimate, which will deliver insanely serious damage.

Worst Operators in Arknights: Endfield

The weakest operators in Arknights: Endfield are Arclight and Fluorite.

Arclight is a 5-Star Vanguard with Electric as her Element. While she can absorb Electrification from enemies to deal damage and recover SP, her overall synergy with most team comps falls short.

Fluorite is a 4-Star Caster with Nature as her Element. She's capable of dealing Nature or Cryo Infliction on enemies; however, if we're looking at Casters as a Class, you have more powerful options in Perlica and Wulfguard than Fluorite.
