Our tier list's rankings take into account the amount of DPS, utility, and overall versatility each character brings to a team. These, among other smaller details, are key to deciding if a character is worth it or not.

The rankings start with the S-tier, which indicates characters who are extremely powerful in most circumstances. As you descend the tier list, you will find that the characters become less and less viable in the current meta. Finally, the rankings end with the F-tier, which showcases arguably the worst characters in the game at the moment.

With that in mind, here is our tier list ranking all the characters in Soul Knight:

TierCharacter
SAssassin, Engineer, Interdimensional Traveler, Necromancer, Paladin, Rogue, Special Forces, and Miner
AKnight, Robot, Taoist, and Trap Master
BAir Bender, Alchemist, Werewolf, Elf, Vampire, Time Traveling Ninja, Special Ops, Priestess, and Witch

C

Demonmancer, Priest, Berserker, Wizard, and The Beheaded
F

Officer, Druid, and Element Envoy

These rankings may change in the future, depending on the meta and if any new characters are added to the game.

The best Soul Knight characters are Assassin, Interdimensional Traveler, Paladin, Rogue, Necromancer, and Special Forces.

Assassin is a versatile unit that is primarily used due to his very good iframes during his dodge and also because of his skills, which are focused on negating any enemy attacks while also having very low cooldowns. He's a part of the core starting crew in the game, so if you're new, he's worth using.

Interdimensional Traveler is a hero who is focused on being fast! He has a passive, which allows him to turn invisible every 1.5 seconds, meaning he can run through any enemies he may encounter. On top of this, his skill, Dimension Jumping, increases his movement speed so much that he can hop between dimensions. Every enemy that is touched during this mode will die after it returns to the current dimension.

Paladin is the old, reliable choice in Soul Knight. His kit is pretty standard, and he is very easy to understand from the get-go. He has the highest armor but the lowest health in the game, and he has a very low energy pool. His basic skill, Energy Shield, isn't something to scoff at either. He gains a large bubble, which will protect him for 5 seconds; as long as the bubble is in effect, he will take no damage. If you have the reflect buff during a run, the energy shield will deflect all attacks.

Rogue is a great choice for players who have quick reaction times. The Rogue has one of the lowest armor scores of all characters, so that means players who want to use him need to be fast! In exchange for armor, he also has the second-highest melee damage and critical chance out of all of the characters in the game. His main skill is the Dodge skill, which allows him to dodge any abilities coming his way, but he also gets a 1-second crit rate increase after using it.

The Necromancer is a mage-type character who has a unique play style. The Necromancer isn't much different from the Witch and Priestess; the Necromancer has high armor and energy but very low health. However, to make up for that, the Necromancer has very good Melee damage. Unlike other mages in the game, she is great at short-range combat. Her skill Nightmare tags an enemy, which, when they are defeated, can turn them into a ghost to fight on your side.

The Special Forces are a special unit. Once you acquire the Special Forces, they will be fully upgraded, so that's a bonus. Besides that, they have average health, energy, melee damage, moderate crit stat, and very high armor. Their passive buff is why they're good, though; there are three characters here that you get to play as. Red Knight uses a sword, Blue Knight uses magic, and Green Knight uses a gun. Now, their skill Special Operation rotates you through controlling each of the knights from red to blue to green and back to red. Using this skill grants them invincibility and activates a special skill from the knight being called into battle.
