New experiences and cosmetics referencing Charlie Kirk's assassination went live on Roblox for some time, putting Roblox back in trouble.

The right-wing American conservative political activist, author, and media personality, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated in cold blood on September 10 at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, during a Turning Point USA event where he was speaking.
Right after that, videos of his assassination started flowing around the internet, with social media filled with mixed reactions, with some who mourned for him while others, well, let's leave it.
Fast forward to today, the 22-year-old suspect, 'Tyler Robinson,' who fired the bullet from a rooftop, was turned in by his family member and taken into custody by the authorities.
At the same time, on Roblox, multiple games and other content in the form of cosmetics and such on their platform referencing Charlie Kirk's assassination went live despite Roblox's moderation and guidelines in place.
For people who aren't yet aware, Roblox has become one of the most massive platforms where GenZ and Gen Alpha spend most of their time, playing different user-created experiences.
It is where kids spend their time, and in the wake of that, there have been multiple lawsuits against Roblox over the past years, mostly related to child exploitation and such things.
And, they are in trouble again as people are not happy about the games and other offensive items that went live on Roblox related to Charlie Kirk's assassination.
Anna Paulina Luna from House Republicans called out Roblox on X:
I’ve just been notified that @Roblox has a game on their platform referencing the assassination of Charlie Kirk. I’m going to be asking @Apple and the @AppStore to remove their app if they don’t immediately remove this, as well as contacting the @FCC to take down their website.
Meanwhile, others criticized Roblox for not having good moderation, as sensitive content easily made its way to their platform, sparking new concerns.

Roblox's "proactive" moderation systems are failing to stop images of Charlie Kirk's assassination from being uploaded to the avatar marketplace, allowing anyone to wear these items in any game, and show them to any user. (original image is uncensored) pic.twitter.com/5GugPeQ0GI

At the time of writing this article, we checked Roblox, and they took down every experience, cosmetic, and item related to Charlie Kirk right after Anna's tweet.
They even notified her and others, as confirmed by Anna herself.
I have just been notified that Roblox is working immediately to remove content featuring the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Thank you to their CEO for not allowing this nasty and vile content stay on their platform.
