We interview Team Liquid ID on their rise as a professional Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) team and their ambitions for the upcoming Snapdragon Pro Series Mobile Masters 2025.

There are no more recognizable names in the world of esports than Team Liquid. The multi-regional organization hailing from the Netherlands has an illustrious track record of success in various titles, famously ranging from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to Dota 2.
Team Liquid ID, an MLBB team based in Indonesia, is one of their latest ventures as they step into the fast-paced world of mobile esports.
Despite only being formed in the middle of 2024, the young team has already achieved impressive results in both local and international tournaments. Team Liquid ID was crowned champions in MPL Indonesia Season 14 and runners-up in the M6 World Championship. They have also had considerable success in various Snapdragon Pro Series (SPS) tournaments.
A Winning Mindset and A Proven Strategy
When asked in our exclusive interview what drives their performance to reach such heights, Team Liquid ID responded “We have players with high mechanical skills and a strong chemistry.”
It may sound like a simple answer, but it goes deeper than that. They stressed that their performances are the result of creating a culture and system that supports each player’s growth and a testament to how they strive for improvement every day.

The team’s roster currently features AeronnShikii, Aran, Faviannn, Kyou, Widy, and Yehezkiel. They are no strangers to the competitive MLBB scene and have been professional players for several years now, with some debuting as early as 2021. Together as a team, they’re a formidable force.
“Our playstyle focuses on aggression in the enemy territory, where the pressure of our movement suffocates our enemies,” Team Liquid ID responded in regards to their approach to games.
As a spectator watching their matches, you’re able to feel the high intensity and the in-your-face attitude they carry. It’s certainly something they don’t compromise on.
Focusing on the Challenge Ahead in SPS Mobile Masters 2025
Team Liquid ID will be participating in the upcoming SPS Mobile Masters 2025 for MLBB, which will take center stage in the capital of Indonesia. As the Host Country’s representatives, they will undoubtedly feel the pressure to perform. However, it doesn’t appear to bother them one bit and they have their eyes firmly set on emerging victorious.
“We will prepare like usual. Our goal in every tournament is always to be champions. We start our preparation with discussions about our strategy and continue to be disciplined in our daily activities.”
The competition will feature 12 of the best MLBB squads from around the world, spanning from Latin America to the Asia Pacific. The team states they will treat every enemy the same in their preparation, but notes that RRQ Hoshi – a team they defeated in the Grand Final to clinch the MPL Indonesia Season 14 title – is a team they believe will be tough opponents as the outfit has improved significantly since the previous SPS Mobile Challenge Finals.
Team Liquid ID will also head into SPS Mobile Masters 2025 with redemption against ONIC PH on their mind. As mentioned earlier, the Indonesian team was runners-up in the M6 World Championship in December 2024. They were narrowly beaten by none other than the Philippines-based squad.
Besides this, ONIC PH was responsible for eliminating the Indonesian outfit in the Playoffs stage of the recent SPS Mobile Challenge Finals, a heartbreaking moment that plays over in the minds of Team Liquid ID’s players as it ended their flawless win streak.
“ONIC PH has become our nightmare for the last two tournaments. In this tournament [SPS Mobile Masters 2025], we want to beat them.”
Sticking to their humble nature, they emphasized that every team is strong and that they’ll need to perform at their very best to beat them all.
Playing In Front of a Home Crowd

Indonesia has played host to various MLBB esports competitions in the past due to its passionate fanbase. The SPS Mobile Masters 2025, notably the first-ever global Snapdragon Pro Series MLBB title, will be held at the Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan in Jakarta from April 11 to 13, 2025.
Speaking about the support from the home crowd, Team Liquid ID stated “It will motivate us. If we have a lot of people on our side, we’ll feel happy and we’ll want them to see us become champions.”
The vibrant MLBB audience will surely be a source of strength for the team as they fight for the championship title and a share of the US $200,000 prize pool.
A message Team Liquid ID wants their fans to know as they prepare for what will be an action-packed competition is to “Keep supporting us no matter what, we will give our best!”
