COD: Mobile Season 7 (2023) 'Heat Wave' is a major update releasing on August 2, 2023, at 5 PM PT, which will add a brand new weapon, the Striker 45 SMG, a new multiplayer map, the Seaside, a new MP mode, Safeguard, Tournament mode changes, a new summer-themed event, the Summer Sizzle, and much more.

Along with those content additions, we are also getting a major graphic option change that enables players to run the game at 120 FPS.

In COD: Mobile, once you have the Season 7 update installed, you can head to the game's "Audio and Graphics" option and enable the Ultra framerate option to get 120 FPS while playing.

This, of course, will work best only on mobile devices that support a 120 Hz refresh rate and offer high-end hardware that can easily handle the increased processing.

That said, you can follow these steps to enable the 120 FPS mode in COD: Mobile:

  1. Open COD: Mobile
  2. Ensure it's updated to the latest version (At least has Season 7 installed)
  3. Tap on the cog wheel icon located on the top right side of the game screen to open the 'Settings' menu
  4. Select the 'Audio and Graphics' tab
  5. Check the radio button near the Ultra option under the 'Framerate' section

Doing so will enable the 120 FPS mode for COD: Mobile on your device.
