Duet Night Abyss Technical Test is currently only available for PC players. Moreover, the progress in the Technical Test will get wiped out once it ends. So, no carryovers.
That said, since the game has started conducting technical tests, we may see one dedicated to the Android and iOS platforms in the coming months.

To take part in the Duet Night Abyss Technical Test through the survey, head to this link and register a Hero Games account. Log in to the account, and you will be presented with the survey page below.
Complete the survey! It consists of basic questions like what games you like to play, your playtime and details on your PC hardware.
Make sure to answer them as accurately as possible and submit the form. Doing so will add you to the pool of players from which people will get randomly selected for the Duet Night Abyss Technical Test.
Participating Using Web Event
To get into the Duet Night Abyss Technical Test through the "An Invitation from the Demonic Lunarian" web event, you must win the 'Technical Test Ticket' prize by performing draws.
