'Medium' difficulty rewards you with a 1.05x flight bonus, while 'Hard' difficulty gives you a 1.1x flight bonus. It may result in more challenging gameplay, but the rewards are worth it.
Additionally, you can complete Missions to earn a small amount of Skybux. These Missions vary in difficulty, from getting a pizza from someone in NYC to finding an agent in Robloxia, but once you complete all of them, you'll have received a large amount of Skybux in total.
