For players who don't know, Rell Games, who created the massive hit anime-inspired title, Shindo Life, is working on a One Piece-inspired game called Rell Seas.
No, not the ones you see currently on Roblox, as they are all fakes!
Over the years, players have been waiting for Rell Seas and yet, there has been no release window.
The development process was slow unlike most Roblox games and there's a good reason for that.

When Is Rell Seas Coming Out?
Rell Seas is slated to arrive in Q3 2025, that is between July to September 2025.
While the exact release date for the game has not yet been shared by the developer, the recent "Rell Seas Movie Trailer 3" showcased some of the key locations, mechanics, bosses, and such things, which looked great and almost finished, hinting towards a final release that might be happening soon!
That said, Rell Seas is being developed by Rell Games, who already have ample experience in Roblox game development but still, this is their most ambitious project ever.
So, we recommend players to expect some further delays until and unless there is an official exact global release date and time for the game.

April 17, 2025
- When rewriting the Framework for the game, the devs have improved the Ship Momentum Physics.
- The Player now rotates with the sway of the boat making the character feel grounded and a part of the ship
April 16, 2025
- The development is now entering the Ship Combat System with Ship Mechanics/Character Combat/Ship Custom Parkour System testing phase, here is a little some some for the public

- Grapple mechanic for faster traveling around Islands, you can also grapple onto zip lines.

- Every single boss will have a unique entrance and poster inspired by the One Piece live-action.
- EVERY NPC/BOSS is rendered Cliently.
- Using a custom Occlusion System this new framework makes it able to run hundreds of NPCs server-wide.
- Treasure hunting system (a variant of finding rare armor, weapons, fruits)
- We are focusing on minor details and going all out, if a bullet goes near your screen this SFX will play. Attention to detail is a heavy focus in development
- OLD Vs New RELL Seas Version 4 UI changes (nobody has seen the real UI of the game other than testers, everything has been improved with minimal clutter all over the screen)
- Everything in the game has gotten a finalized texture as you see from movie 1 to this new version of RELL Seas
- Interrogation (you can interrogate NPCS/Bosses for info and for them to join your crew)

- Optimization, we've improved the game by ten fold while upping the quality
- One of the game's main progression is Boss Fights, we've taken a heavy approach to make each Boss unique with challenging attack patterns. Studied and played mechanics outside of Roblox whilst coming up with our unique concepts to improve our game mechanics.

- We're on RELL Seas 4. From images alone. You can see the progression the game has been through. Each one of these had a different combat system/mechanics/and how simple things even function from fishing to base customization to Devil Fruits to Weapons.
