The iOS 26 major update has finally added a Pin feature to Apple Music that people can use to pin their favorite artists, songs, albums, and such to get easy access to those, making the overall experience a lot simpler and quicker.

For people who don't know, iOS 26 is a major OS update, which many call the "Liquid Glass update" that Apple revealed during the WWDC event that took place back in June.

It is currently available in Public Beta 3, which you can download and install to try out the new Liquid Glass look and along with the multitude of new features that come with it, before its official release in September 2025.

We have been using iOS 26 for weeks now, and among the many new additions, the Pin feature in Apple Music, along with the new look, clearly stands out, especially for music lovers.

How To Use The Pin Feature In Apple Music

To pin an artist, playlist, song, etc, in Apple Music, you must either tap and hold them or click on the three dots beside them.

Once you do that, you will get the option to 'Pin' it. Your pins appear at the top of the Library.

As you can see in the above screenshot, the 'Pin Song' option appears at the top.

Once you select it, the respective song, artist, etc will appear at the top of your Apple Music Library.

You can add multiple pins, as you can see in the above screenshot.

Lastly, to remove a Pin, simply tap and hold the Pin and select the 'Unpin' option.
