No matter who you are in the Brawl Stars community, there is one thing we can all agree that we look forward to: The Brawl Talk. In it, Supercell shares the details about any incoming changes, new features, and other additions such as brawlers and skins that the game will have in the next update.

The latest update video is slated to come out on October 26. It will not doubt be an occasion that will have many eagerly waiting on what is revealed.

October Brawl Talk Overview

At the moment, Supercell has confirmed that the Brawl Talk will cover the massive overhaul of the Trophy Season Reset, the new Trophy Box item, and the limited-time Mortis vs. Edgar event. Though they have not mentioned it yet, we can also expect new brawlers, skins, and Hypercharges to be added to the game. We'll explain each of the confirmed topics below.

Trophy Season Rework

Supercell has admitted that there are a few problems with the current Trophy Season Reset system. In their own words, it is unnecessarily complex, it discourages players from using their favorite brawlers, matchmaking takes too long, and the rewards are terrible. In the coming rework, they hope to resolve all of these issues.

It will start with restructuring the tiers to now have 50 tiers in total. You will need to get 20 Trophies to pass through each tier. All in all, you will need 1,000 Trophies to reach the final tier (known as the Max tier). You will only begin to lose Trophies for your brawler after you pass 1,000 Trophies with them.

In this new system, the Trophy Season will start and end at the same time as the regular Brawl Pass season. There will be no Trophy reset for brawlers who are below 1,000 Trophies. This change hopes to improve the matchmaking experience as players will now be matched with players of a similar skill level, thus also reducing wait times.

Additionally, any Trophies you earn for a brawler above 1,000 Trophies will be converted to Season Trophies. These will help you progress to the unlocking of a new reward item known as the Trophy Box.

Trophy Box

The Trophy Box is a new type of box item that you can get from your progression in each Trophy Season.

It comes in five levels: Small, Big, Mega, Omega, and Ultra. Naturally, the rewards you get will be better the higher the level. At the lowest level (Small), you could get 6 items, but at the highest level (Ultra), it will be 20. Speaking of which, the rewards will mostly consist of cosmetics, with a guaranteed skin at each level. To upgrade the level of the Trophy Box, you will need to collect Season Trophies.

Limited-Time Mortis vs. Edgar Event

A new event is coming to the game in the next update. Described by Brawl Stars General Manager Frank as a "battle for Brawl Stars", it will see two of the most debatable brawlers, Edgar and Mortis, go head-to-head with one another.

No other details were shared about this event. But, in true Brawl Stars fashion, we anticipate the event to have a ton of milestones and rewards that players can unlock.
