How To Get Monumental Study World Quest In Genshin Impact
In Genshin Impact, you can get the Monumental Study world quest by progressing the Khvarena of Good and Evil questline till you complete the world quest, As the Khvarena's Light Shows.
Once that is done, talk to Nasejuna and head to the below-marked location to take the Monumental Study quest from the NPC named Sosi.
If you head to the above location before completing the prerequisite quest, you won't be able to interact with Sosi or get the Monumental Study world quest as it is locked behind the Khvarena of Good and Evil questline progression.
How To Complete Monumental Study Quest In Genshin Impact
The Monumental Study quest in Genshin Impact is relatively easy to complete, apart from the branching quest called Search for the Lost Monument Fragments, where you are requested to find foud of the Khvarena Inscription Fragments.
That said, the first objective of the Monumental Study quest will take you to some Fatui Camps where you must defeat the Fatui and investigate the camp.
You can complete the first investigation by interacting with the wooden boxes beside the camp. Doing so will open "Someone's Journal" and progress the quest.
Go to the next Fatui Camp, defeat the enemies, and interact with the sack before the camp to open "Someone's Memo." Once you do that, you will get the next objective, asking you to "Wait until noon (10:00 - 14:00).
Use the clock in the Paimon's Menu to change the time and then "go to the main camp." Once there, follow the footprints on the ground until you reach the Fatui named Markozov.
After sharing a few dialogues with him, defeat Markozov and his companions. Doing so will trigger the world quest, Search for the Lost Monument Fragments. Now look for the four Khvarena Inscription Fragments.

Once you have collected all fragments, talk to Sosi and place the four Khvarena Inscription Fragments. Markozov will return for a second bout as soon as you do that. Defeat him again to complete the Monumental Study quest.
