All EA Mobile Games Ranked From Best to Worst

1-20

EA has quite an extensive catalog of mobile games!

Peggle Blast

20. Peggle Blast

Peggle Blast is probably a game you didn't know existed in EA's mobile games catalog. It offers casual, lighthearted gameplay where you use magical power-ups in levels that require you to clear pegs. While fun and simple overall, the game is often criticized by players for having too many ads and for making higher levels so challenging that the only way to pass them is by purchasing items.

Bejeweled Blitz

19. Bejeweled Blitz

As the name might suggest, Bejeweled Blitz is a fast-paced version of the traditional Bejeweled gameplay experience. Matches are designed to be shorter and to have an emphasis on getting the highest score when you compete with other players. In the past, the game was quite enjoyable, but the lack of resolution to long-standing issues, such as overwhelming ads, makes this game somewhat unenjoyable.

Command Conquer Rivals

18. Command & Conquer: Rivals

Based on the cult-classic real-time strategy series, Command & Conquer: Rivals lets you lead a customized army in 1v1 PvP matches. Sadly, the game feels like it's been neglected by EA as it hasn't had a major game update in a long time and they have yet to resolve the severe matchmaking issues that have plagued the servers for a while. It's a shame this is the case as the rest of the franchise have been remarkable.

EA Sports UFC Mobile2

17. EA SPORTS UFC Mobile 2

Duke it out in mixed martial arts battles with your favorite UFC fighters in EA SPORTS UFC Mobile 2. It has a solid foundation with great graphics and authentic fighting moves. However, as you play through it, the combat does feel slightly repetitive and, thus, unchallenging when you want to engage in tactical battles. The game also hasn't had an update in over a couple of years, which, as it's a live-service game, can be disappointing.

Bejeweled Classic

16. Bejeweled Classic

Bejeweled Classic offers the more familiar match-3 gameplay experience that fans of the OG Bejeweled may remember. With classic modes like Classic, Zen, and Diamond Mine available, you'll have quite the straightforward fun compared to the revamped Stars and Blitz.

Star Wars Galaxy Of Heroes

15. Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes

If you're a fan of the extensive Star Wars universe, then Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is a game you'd enjoy. It features action-packed, turn-based combat and numerous characters that you're probably familiar with. It can be easy to progress through the game until you get to the latter stages of the game, where the game can unfortunately feel like it's heavily monetized. Both free-to-play and pay-to-win players have argued that this prevents them from fully appreciating the game.

Bejeweled Stars

14. Bejeweled Stars

Bejeweled Stars is a match-3 puzzle game that has a bit of a twist on the usual Bejeweled experience. There are collectibles, daily challenges, and power-ups. All in all, it's an average game that's good to pass the time or challenge your real-time strategy skills.

Golf Clash

13. Golf Clash

Golf Clash is a golfing simulator with easy-to-learn mechanics that allow you to take part in quick multiplayer matches and tournaments. Interestingly, the game won a BAFTA award for the best mobile game in 2018. In our opinion, it's a rather simple, relaxing game that isn't the most groundbreaking title but does golfing significantly better than other golfing games in the scene.

EA Sprts FC Tactical

12. EA Sports FC Tactical

EA Sports FC Tactical is a decent game to get into if you're a follower of EA SPORTS FC Mobile (or football in general), but want to have a more nuanced, strategic gameplay experience. EA has geared this game to not focus too much on the match aspect, but more so on your team's organization and player improvement – it's more micromanaging than the usual format. Its position on this list is slightly hampered by its pay-to-win mechanics.

Madden NFL Mobile

11. Madden NFL Mobile

Madden NFL Mobile – where to start? It's a great game based on American football with real-world NFL events and great visuals. Unfortunately, it has been on the receiving end of negative comments from players in the past few years over broken mechanics and requiring too many in-game purchases. To many, the older versions of the game trump the more recently updated version. We still appreciate the core aspects of the game and its regular updates.

Plants vs Zombies Heroes

10. Plants vs. Zombies Heroes

Plants vs. Zombies Heroes is a rather interesting spin-off title of the regular PvZ gameplay format we're used to. It's a collectible card game that allows you to engage in strategic, turn-based PvP matches with various heroes and decks. Overall, it's not a bad game, especially if you're a fan of the franchise.

NBA LIVE Mobile Basketball

9. NBA LIVE Mobile Basketball

NBA LIVE Mobile Basketball is a fairly decent game that gives you everything you're looking for in a basketball game. It's also updated often with the latest jerseys, courts, and player cards. So, you can expect the game to be up-to-date with the current season. In a mobile gaming landscape where good basketball games are few and far between, you can rely on this title to meet expectations.

Need For Speed No Limits

8. Need For Speed No Limits

Need For Speed No Limits does a great job of delivering a stylish racing experience with impressive graphics and a variety of car customization options. The storyline is great and includes many of the classic traits you see in any NFS game. However, there is one glaring issue many players have complained about – the game is heavily dependent on microtransactions. If you're a free-to-play type of player, you may have trouble since it gets tricky to buy cars, upgrade them, and even proceed through events.

On a separate note, we're looking forward to the upcoming instalment in the NFS franchise on mobile, with the release of Need for Speed: Mobile.

The Sims Mobile

7. The Sims Mobile

The Sims Mobile offers you that traditional gameplay style that every fan of the franchise knows and loves. It has a blend of life simulation and storytelling, tons of customization options, and plenty of social features and events that really immerse you into the gameplay.

Plants Vs Zombies

6. Plants vs. Zombies

Plants vs. Zombies is widely considered one of the most celebrated tower defense games on mobile. Though the gameplay is simpler compared to its sequels, it still features engaging strategy elements, quirky visuals, and humor, all of which give it the hallmarks of an undisputed classic.

Sim City Build It

5. SimCity BuildIt

Have you ever wanted to construct your own city? Well, that's what you get with SimCity BuildIt. Customize your metropolis across various terrains with a catalog of different buildings. You can fill your city with residential skyscrapers, famous landmarks, and futuristic buildings. We appreciate that there's a certain level of strategy that goes into the placement of each building – this is what makes or breaks your city.

Real Racing 3

4. Real Racing 3

Real Racing 3 is our favorite racing mobile game from the EA catalog. It has an expansive list of over 200 cars, features high-quality visuals, and includes tracks that are based on real-world locations. It offers you an unparalleled racing experience that you really can't find in any other mobile game.

The Sims Freeplay

3. The Sims Freeplay

The Sims Freeplay is arguably the more popular version of the two Sims games on mobile, the other one being 'The Sims Mobile', as it has more downloads across platforms. The game is focused on long-term progression and objective completion, which is different from the gameplay experience you may be used to in the mainstream Sims titles. Regardless, it's good fun and nails down the key aspects quite well.

Plants vs Zombies 2

2. Plants vs. Zombies 2

Plants vs. Zombies 2 is a cult-classic mobile title that combines real-time strategy and tower defense into one uniquely amazing game. All you have to do is station your plants and defend against waves of zombies that come in all different shapes and sizes. It's a relatively simple game concept, but trust us, it's a lot of fun. It's an extremely polished game that you can rely on to challenge yourself.

EA Sports FC Mobile

1. EA SPORTS FC Mobile

Was this any surprise? The mobile version of the hugely popular soccer franchise is played by millions around the world thanks to its great graphics, engaging gameplay, and authenticity to the real-world soccer scene. It also has a constant stream of rewarding events and updates, so there's never a dull moment in the game. EA SPORTS FC Mobile is undoubtedly the best mobile game from EA – and it will probably be so for the foreseeable future.

1-20

Electronic Arts, also known as EA, is one of the biggest game developers worldwide. Responsible for franchises such as EA Sports FC, The Sims, Need For Speed, Battlefield, and many more, they're known for their ability to produce games with engaging gameplay, innovative features, and all-around resilience against the test of time. As much as the gaming community loves to joke about them, it'd be wrong not to consider them iconic.

While EA is massive on the console and PC scene, they're also quite prolific in the mobile gaming scene. They've developed a litany of titles that offer players a taste of their successful franchise but are created for a unique mobile experience. We'll be honest, though – some of them are incredible, but others are a bit of a miss. If you're thinking of venturing into EA's catalog of games, then we're here to show you where each of them stands against one another.
