New perks, upgrades, and changes arrive in Rush Royale.
MY.GAMES's competitive tower defense game Rush Royale kicked off a brand new two-week “Big Trouble” event on Monday, August 24, introducing new perks for the Blade Dancer and Bruiser, alongside six new perks designed to increase units’ critical hit chance and further expand players’ strategic options.
The Blade Dancer’s Dance of the Petals makes tornadoes appear more frequently, with their damage increasing based on the number of flowers collected. Touching a tornado knocks monsters back and has a chance to kill them instantly.
Meanwhile, Bruiser’s Big Brother brings a new ally into the fight. The Ringleader’s Big Brother jumps onto the path before the first monster, dealing area damage and reducing monsters’ armor.
When a boss, mini boss, or Phantom appears on the path, he moves to confront them directly and remains on the path as long as the Ringleader stays on the field.
The update also introduces six new perks from the Critical Chance Training series. Five increase the critical hit chance of units belonging to specific factions, while the sixth boosts critical hit chance for all units.
In addition, the existing perks are also getting upgrades:
- Demon Hunter’s Prey Tracking now turns the highest-ranked Demon Hunter into a Stalker and increases the number of bounces from four to six.
- Cultist’s Nightmare of the Abyss lets a rank 7 Harbinger Cultist survive fatal damage by losing one rank instead of being destroyed.
- Engineer’s Metal Injection can now summon a Senior Engineer, each increasing the maximum chain length by three, while every part collected adds 7.5% to the damage dealt by all Engineers.
