Cloak Gauntlets are a new weapon that was introduced to Fortnite in the v25.10 update. Made with reflective Kinetice Ore, the Gauntlets allow you to camouflage yourself with your surroundings for a limited time before a cooldown kicks in.

Fortunately, the item has unlimited charges, so you can use it for as long as you want. Unfortunately, the camouflage ability comes at a cost, and that is you are unable to attack when you are cloaked. You can end your camouflage early by unequipping the gauntlets or swapping to another item in your inventory.

The Cloak Gauntlets are a great item to have during any match and can often be the tie-breaker in 1v1 situations or if you're planning on being sneaky. In any case, here's a look at how you can get this powerful weapon in Fortnite.

You can get the Cloak Gauntlets in Fortnite:

  • By finding it on the ground
  • In Chests

It's a relatively simple weapon to get in Fortnite. However, if you're looking for a challenge, then you can get an upgraded version of this item another way.

The Mythic Version of the Cloak Gauntlets can be obtained if you defeat the Wildguard Relik Boss. He can be found in Rumble Ruins (northeast of Shattered Slabs). This version will offer a shorter cooldown period. You will also earn the Mythic version of the MK-Alpha Assault Rifle.
