FIFA Mobile TOTY 2023 Honorable Mentions: All Players, OVRs, & How To Get

The FIFA Mobile Team of the Year event continues to get bigger and bigger. It kicked off with the release of the massive TOTY. Then, we saw the unveiling of the highly-rated Ultimate TOTY players.

Now, EA has revealed the next lineup in the TOTY 2023 event - the Honorable Mentions. They represent players who performed spectacularly over the past year but didn't quite garner enough votes during the nomination round to land them in the TOTY final eleven.

It's the last round of special card releases for this stellar event, and we can't wait to get our hands on them. The TOTY 2023 Honorable Mentions will be released to FIFA Mobile on March 10.
