One of the newest currencies in Clash of Clans is Sparky Stones, which was introduced at the same time as Town Hall 18. This currency is a reward you can earn by simply upgrading the buildings in your Home Village.

How to Get Sparky Stones in Clash of Clans
Two ways allow you to get Sparky Stones in Clash of Clans: completing Supercharge upgrades and completing Crafted Defense Module upgrades. You can get varying amounts of this currency depending on the method.
The first option, with Supercharge, sees you earn 10 Sparky Stones for each Supercharge upgrade you complete.
The second option, with Crafted Defenses, will reward you with 8 Sparky Stones for each Crafted Defense Module you upgrade.
How to Use Sparky Stones in Clash of Clans
Sparky Stones can be spent exclusively at the Fancy Shop to unlock special items. It's located on the second-to-last tab on the Build menu. Keep in mind that the Fancy Shop can only be accessed by players who have unlocked Supercharges and Crafted Defenses.
The Fancy Shop offers unique items, such as the Meteorite Builder Skin (3,200 Sparky Stones), the Crafted Statue (500 Sparky Stones), and the Charge effect on decorations (100 Sparky Stones each).
The goal of Sparky Stones and, ultimately, the Fancy Shop is to offer players a route to unlock 'permanent rewards for temporary content.' Overall, this means you don't have to feel left out if you didn't get to obtain specific items from limited-time events.
