Within its first 30 days of launch, Arknights: Endfield has generated approximately $46 million on mobile. Here's the full story.
Gryphline's action role-playing game Arknights: Endfield has completed its first month since its global launch on January 21. Within the first 30 days, the game has generated approximately $46 million on the Android and iOS platforms, with Japan, China, and the US being the top contributors.
According to AppMagic's estimate, first reported by PocketGamer, iOS players contributed the most to the total first-month revenue, generating around $28.3 million, with Android players contributing the remaining $17.7 million.
Both platforms have shown strong results when it comes to generating revenue. That said, when we check the revenue by country, Japan is in the lead with generating 39% of the total revenue.
China, the home country of Hypergryph, takes the second spot, by contributing 28% of the total revenue. And, the US takes the third spot by generating 10% of the total revenue.
Geographically, Asian countries are leading the revenue charts, showing the strong foothold of the Arknights franchise and the overall love of gacha games in the region.
Here's a look at the player spending chart for Arknights: Endfield:
As you can see, the revenue on mobile peaked on January 23, and following that day, it began to decline with the second hike seen on February 7, which aligns with Gilberta's banner's release.
The above trend is common for gacha games, where we see a spike in revenue compared to usual days whenever a new or re-run banners are introduced.
That said, Arknights: Endfield's overall global revenue is a lot more, as it already crossed $173 million in just around two weeks from launch, with PC and PS5 contributing the most.
