10 Upcoming Mobile Games We Can’t Wait to See Released

1-10

Take note of these games!

Valorant Mobile Prototype

1. Valorant Mobile

Based on the popular first-person, tactical shooter, Valorant Mobile has been in development since 2021. However, it has hit a few bumps along its roadmap, with the game's development reportedly being slower than had been hoped and, allegedly, having had to be restarted from scratch. The latest we've heard about the title is that it held a beta test in China in 2024. Overall, we're still eagerly awaiting the arrival of Valorant Mobile. We can't wait to see how the high-octane action and dynamic gameplay are geared for the smaller mobile screen.

2. Rainbow Six Mobile

Rainbow Six Mobile is the mobile adaptation of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege that promises to deliver a near-identical experience as the mainline title. With the same Operators, maps, weapons, and blockbuster gameplay that most players are familiar with, we can't wait to start hopping into matches. Rainbow Six Mobile underwent a brief hiatus in 2024 but has since resumed its soft launch in selected countries such as Canada and Mexico. The game is rumored to make a global launch later in 2025.

Rust Mobile

3. Rust Mobile

Surprise, surprise – the classic multiplayer title where you try to survive in the wilderness with nothing but instinct and resourcefulness, Rust, is yet another title that will have a dedicated mobile adaptation. Unlike others on this list, Rust Mobile was announced only recently, with preliminary tests conducted in early 2025. The same developers behind the mainline title, Facepunch Studios, describe the game's development as "progressing well" and expect a limited test phase to take place next year. Altogether, it's easy to see why we're hyped for this one.

The Division Resurgence New Test

4. The Division Resurgence

Ubisoft continues to double down on creating mobile adaptations of their successful titles. With The Division Resurgence, the developers aim to deliver a "true AAA experience" set on a smaller screen. The game is set in New York where you're a member of the Strategic Homeland Division. Inspired by the The Division franchise, you can experience a third-person shooter with familiar gameplay elements that, if you're a seasoned player, will enjoy a lot. The Division Resurgence is currently undergoing a rigorous testing phase, with the developers having yet to provide an update since a test in September 2024.

Assassins Creed Jade

5. Assassin's Creed Jade

We've been eagerly waiting for the release of Assassin's Creed Jade since the game was unveiled at the Ubisoft Forward showcase in 2022. It's mainly because it would be the first open-world Assassin's Creed game in the history of the phenomenal franchise to be made for mobile devices – and better yet, it's not an adaptation. That said, it's a unique story set during Ancient China where you play a character known as Xia as he uncovers secrets and delivers justice. The developers have been rather radio silent on updates as of late. The last we heard from them, they were in the midst of a testing phase.

Neverness To Everness

6. Neverness to Everness

Neverness to Everness – NTE, for short – is an open-world RPG title where you, the player, play as an appraiser in the bustling world known as Hethereau. With its futuristic setting and fantasy-like elements, the game promises to have an exciting storyline and combat sequences. Arguably, the most interesting part about NTE is that it is being developed using Unreal Engine 5, so you know that the game's 3D graphics will be top-tier and immersive. The developers, Hotta Studio, previously worked on the hit mobile game, Tower of Fantasy.

NFS Mobile

7. Need for Speed: Mobile

Need for Speed: Mobile, also known as Need for Speed: Assemble, is the latest installment in EA's famed racing game franchise. It's also only the company's second game on mobile after Need for Speed: No Limits. This upcoming title will deliver high-octane, multiplayer-based racing in the open world called Heat Bay. And, of course, you can expect thrilling wheel-to-wheel action, a collection of licensed supercars, and various customization options. The game is currently available in China and Taiwan, with a global release expected sometime in the near future.

Project RISE

8. Project R.I.S.E

Described as a "social action RPG roguelite," Project R.I.S.E. is a brand-new game from famed Finnish developers, Supercell. Set in the expansive Clash universe (which implies you may see characters from Clash of Clans and Clash Royale), the game features multiplayer combat where you and other players work together to overcome enemies and obstacles on multiple floors in "The Tower." Project R.I.S.E. is currently in early development, with the latest news being that the game is carrying out Alpha tests. However, if Supercell's recent releases, such as Squad Busters and mo.co, are any indication of this new game's success, then we can expect an awesome experience.

9. Skate

EA's popular skating game franchise, Skate, returns after over a decade since the release of Skate 3 in 2010. Titled Skate, which is Skate 4, you can expect gameplay filled with familiar gameplay that involves a ton of extreme stunts and radical skating. The game will take place in a new city known as San Vansterdam, so you best believe there will be a lot of new places to explore. We haven't had a lot of insight into how the game runs on mobile as mobile playtests for Skate are currently on hold, but with what we've seen for PC and console, it looks promising.

Destiny Rising

10. Destiny: Rising

After lots of speculation by the community, it's finally been confirmed that Bungie, alongside prolific developers NetEase Games, is working on the franchise's first mobile title, Destiny: Rising. The game is set in an alternate Destiny timeline that explores a story in the post-Dark Age era where your actions will shape the future of human civilization. Featuring sci-fi FPS action, an extensive character roster, dynamic PvE and PvP game modes, and many powerful weapons, Destiny: Rising is a game worth keeping tabs on. It's projected to be released in Winter 2025.
