Clash Royale Balance Changes June 2026: All Buffs & Nerfs

We'll list out and explain all the balance changes that are expected to land in Clash Royale during June 2026.

The next batch of balance changes is slated to land in Clash Royale at the start of Season 84 on June 1, 2026.

As usual, balance changes are a series of buffs, nerfs, and reworks that impact certain cards. These adjustments can manifest in big and small tweaks. Ultimately, they are meant to improve the state of the meta across all game modes (excluding Merge Tactics) and ensure that all cards remain at a similar power level.

The work-in-progress balance changes are available at the moment. However, this list is not final and may be subject to change. Let's dive into the details.

All of June's Balance Changes, Listed

June's balance changes will impact at least 24 cards. There will be significantly more nerfs than buffs, but that has somewhat been standard for Clash Royale in the past few months.

In terms of nerfs, several Heroes, such as the Hero Balloon and Hero Dark Prince, will be targeted. Another interesting thing to note with these nerfs is that they will affect a lot of Spells and the damage they inflict upon Towers. This is clearly Supercell taking a more aggressive stance against tactics that have strongly dominated the meta lately.

As for buffs, only a small handful of them will be deployed. They will affect cards like the Dart Goblin Evolution and the Electro Dragon.

Meanwhile, no reworks are expected to be introduced.

  • Rhino spawn damage to towers decreased from 307 → 0

  • Ability duration decreased from 9 seconds → 7 seconds
Mega Knight Evolution
  • Ability knockback against heavy troops decreased from 4 tiles → 2.5 tiles
Arrows
  • Tower damage decreased from 93 → 87
Earthquake
  • Tower damage decreased from 159 → 147
Fireball
  • Tower damage decreased from 207 → 172
Freeze
  • Tower damage decreased from 45 → 37
Furnace
  • Range decreased from 6 tiles → 5.5 tiles
  • Affects Furnace Evolution too
Giant Snowball
  • Tower damage decreased from 54 → 45
  • Affects Giant Snowball Evolution too
Graveyard
  • Unit count decreased from 13 units → 12 units
Lightning
  • Tower damage decreased from 286 → 265
The Log
  • Tower damage decreased from 41 → 33
Poison
  • Tower damage decreased from 184 → 168
Rage
  • Tower damage decreased from 54 → 45
Rascals
  • Boy HP decreased from 1,940 → 1,868
Rocket
  • Tower damage decreased from 371 → 343
Tesla
  • First hit time decreased from 0.4 seconds → 0.6 seconds
  • Affects Tesla Evolution too
Vines
  • Tower damage decreased from 76 → 66

Season 85's balance changes are expected to follow after this list is deployed. It will be implemented in Clash Royale sometime during July 2026.
