The 'Domination' expansion will be bringing new Keywords and Origins to Legends of Runeterra. Let's go over each one of them.
The second expansion in the Darkin Saga, 'Domination', is set for release on October 12. As is customary with every expansion, there will be a set of new Card Types, Keywords, and Origins.
Unfortunately for this expansion, no new card types were introduced, Only a new 'new' keyword and 'The Arrow Of Retribution' origin was. Let's go over these new game mechanics, which hero they're attached to, and what their abilities are.
Darkin Saga: Domination Keyword - New
'New' is a new keyword that will be introduced to Legends of Runeterra in the Darkin Saga: Domination expansion. 'New' refers to any card you have not yet played in the game.
Cards such as Seraphine and Back Alley Bar include the 'new' keyword.
Darkin Saga: Domination Origin - The Arrow Of Retribution
The 'Arrow of Retribution' is a new Origin that will be introduced to Legends of Runeterra in the Darkin Saga: Domination expansion. It is attached to the new Varus champion card. The Arrow of Retribution Origin will allow you to insert any cultist cards, such as the Lunari Cultist and Ambitious Cultist, into your deck during deck building.
Once you have played three or more cultist spells, you will draw Varus.
