Patch 4.1 has been released in Legends of Runeterra. Here are all the buffs and nerfs that were introduced in this game update.

As promised in its 2023 roadmap for Legends of Runeterra, Riot has unveiled the first live balance patch of the year. For those unfamiliar with how this novel system works, live balance patches are the devs' new way of implementing significant, focused card changes. These are released every three months.
It's meant to ensure optimal gameplay without drastically upsetting the meta, as was the case in the previous system, where patches were released every two weeks.
But that being said, patch 4.1 is unsurprisingly a massive game update that introduced various new card buffs and nerfs. Let's go over all of them in detail.
Legends Of Runeterra Patch 4.1 - Buffs

A variety of cards received a healthy buff to either their stats, cost, and card text. Champions were also great beneficiaries of these changes. These included Illaoi, Jax, Kayle, Ornn, Shyvana, Tristana, and others.

Legends Of Runeterra Patch 4.1 - Nerfs

Patch 4.1 was heavy on the card buffs, so nerfs in this update were minimal.
Most are minor changes; however, champions such as Kayn and Aatrox saw their Origin thresholds increase. It'll be slightly harder for players who rely on these cards to meet their conditions.
Here are all the card nerfs in patch 4.1:
