Clash Royale October 2025 Balance Changes: All Nerfs, Buffs & Reworks

A huge slate of nerfs will be landing in Clash Royale in the upcoming October balance changes.

Brace yourselves, because the details of the balance changes for the upcoming October season (Season 76) in Clash Royale have been released. And, from the look of things, it appears that Supercell has considered a lot of the feedback from the community, particularly about Cards that are too overpowered for the meta.

We anticipate that one of the biggest reasons for this is the fact that 2025's Clash Royale League World Finals will take place between October 31 and November 2. So, these balance changes will be the last chance for Supercell to balance out the meta before the game's annual esports competition occurs.

With that said, October's balance changes will be deployed to Clash Royale on October 6, 2025. This list is not final yet, so it may be subject to change.

As we alluded to earlier, October's balance changes largely contain nerfs. In fact, there are zero buffs and reworks. The nerfs will affect regular Cards, Card Evolutions, and even Tower Troops.

They'll greatly impact a lot of the meta decks, such as those with the Goblin Giant, Vines, and Skeletons.

Cannon Evolution
  • Barrage damage decreased from 353 → 304
Goblin Cage Evolution
  • HP decreased from 1,187 → 1,080 (Bonus Brawler HP removed)
Valkyrie Evolution
  • HP decreased from 2,096 → 1,907 (Bonus Brawler HP removed)
Wall Breakers Evolution
  • Death damage decreased from 291 → 258
Witch Evolution
  • Heal per skeleton decreased from 76 → 64
Berserker
  • Damage decreased from 102 → 97
Bomber
  • HP decreased from 332 → 304
Furnace
  • Movement speed increased from 45 → 60
Goblin Drill
  • First spawn time increased from 0.8 seconds → 1 second
Goblin Giant
  • HP decreased from 3,233 → 3,020
  • Backpack attack range decreased from 5.5 tiles → 5 tiles
  • Bakcpack first hit time increased from 0.4 seconds → 0.5 seconds
Goblin Hut
  • HP decreased from 1,228 → 1,180
Goblin Machine
  • HP decreased from 2,304 → 2,150
  • Rocket damage decreased from 391 → 304
Guards
  • First hit time increased from 0.4 seconds → 0.5 seconds
Ice Wizard
  • Slowdown effect hit speed multiplier increased from x0.65 → 0.70
  • Slowdown effect speed multiplier increased from x0.65 → x0.70
Minions
  • Hit speed decreased from 1 hit every 1.1 seconds → 1 hit every 1.2 seconds
Rage
  • Hit speed multiplier decreased from x1.35 → x1.30
  • Nerf affects Lumberjack and Barbarians Evolution
Royal Chef
  • HP decreased from 2,921 → 2,703
Skeletons
  • Hit speed decreased from 1 hit every 1 seconds → 1 hit every 1.1 seconds
  • Nerf affects Graveyard, Skeleton Army, Skeleton Barrel, Skeleton King, Tombstone, and Witch
Vines
  • Damage decreased from 335 → 306
  • Number of damage ticks decreased from 5 → 2
  • Duration decreased from 2.5 seconds → 2 seconds

Besides all this, a bug fix, which prevents troops from having an instant first attack after their Charge has been reset, will be implemented. This fix will affect Cards such as the Battle Ram, Dark Prince, Prince, Ram Rider, and the Royal Recruits Evolution.

The next batch of balance changes will occur at the start of Season 77 in November 2025.
