Clash Royale June 2023 (Season 48) Balance Changes: Buffs, Nerfs & Reworks

We've listed out all the balance changes that were introduced to Clash Royale in the June 2023 (Season 48) update.

Clash Royale is gearing up for a major update in June (during Season 48) and Supercell is going all out.

Set to arrive in the update is the long-awaited Card Level 15, Card Evolution, and reworks to the Event reward system. We'll also be getting a series of balance changes that will be targeting certain cards.

The devs have released a complete list of all the changes expected to arrive in the upcoming update. As usual, they include buffs, nerfs, and reworks. Here's a look at all of them.

Clash Royale June 2023 Balance Changes - Buffs

Ice Wizard CR
Ice Wizard will now deal better AOE damage. | © Supercell

Battle Healer, Ice Wizard, Night Witch, and Skeleton Dragons were buffed.

Here are the buffs in detail:

Battle Healer
  • Spawn heal amount increased to 201 (50% of a Heal Spirit at the same level)
  • Spawn heal radius increased to 2.5 tiles
Ice Wizard
  • Spawn damage radius increased by 20% (from 2.5 tiles to 3 tiles)
Night Witch
  • NEW: Death spawns 1 bat
Skeleton Dragons
  • HP increased by 5.8%
  • Troop spacing increased by 50% (from 1 tile to 1.5 tiles)

Clash Royale June 2023 Balance Changes - Nerfs

Goblin Hut, Ice Spirit, Mighty Miner, andPhoenix were nerfed.

Here are the nerfs in detail:

Ice Spirit

  • Freeze duration decreased by 7.7%
Mighty Miner
  • HP decreased by 2.2%
Phoenix
  • Hit speed decreased by 11%
